Development begins with awareness.
We help leaders, teams, and organizations understand the patterns, relationships, and assumptions that shape how they work. Together, we explore what needs attention and develop ways forward that fit their reality.
Meraki Leadership through Awareness
Our flagship program helps experienced leaders examine how they lead, relate, and shape their teams. Explore the Self, the Other, and the Situation through experiential learning, individual coaching, and reflection with peers.
Bringing care to the work we do
Meraki means doing something with love, care, and creativity; putting something of yourself into your work. For us, it means approaching people and organizations with curiosity, attention, and personal commitment.
For organizations
Understand what needs attention. Develop a way forward.
You may have a clear objective, a recurring challenge, or a sense that something needs attention. We begin by exploring your situation, then design the work around your organization's context and needs.
Organizational development and culture
Explore how your organization works, clarify the culture you want to develop, and connect that intention with everyday practice.
Executive and team development
Examine how you work together, address difficult conversations, and develop stronger relationships and shared direction.
Facilitated meetings and dialogue
Bring people together around a purpose, from strategic and board meetings to conversations across departments and team retrospectives.
Leadership and learning programs
Develop your leaders through Leadership through Awareness or a learning program designed around your organization's needs.
Meraki Leadership through Awareness
Give your own development the attention you give to others.
Leading people can leave little space to examine how you lead. This program creates that space: to understand your recurring patterns, explore your impact, and practise different ways of responding to real challenges.
You work through three connected perspectives.
The Self
Notice the emotions, assumptions, and habitual responses that influence your decisions and behavior.
The Other
Develop how you listen, give and receive feedback, navigate conflict, and support other people's growth.
The Situation
Understand how team culture, motivation, organizational conditions, and change influence what happens around you.
Open program
Learn alongside experienced leaders from different organizations. The journey combines 16 modules, four individual coaching sessions, peer learning, and facilitated reflection over 8–12 months.

Awareness
Notice the patterns, assumptions, and relationships shaping your work, and consider the choices available to you.
Dialogue
Make room for different perspectives, honest questions, and conversations that may have been difficult to begin.
Work designed around context
Bring your challenges and objectives. We explore what needs attention and design an approach that fits your situation.
Learning through practice
Try new approaches, reflect on what happens, and connect learning with everyday work, with the organization's support.

About Meraki
Care for people. Attention to the organization as a whole.
Meraki works with leaders, teams, and organizations on organizational development, leadership, and culture. We explore how people's experiences, relationships, and everyday ways of working connect with the wider organization, and where there is room for development.
Founded by Armine Mkrtchyan, Meraki brings together collaborators according to each project's needs. Armine leads the practice, with a team shaped around the experience and skills the work requires.
