For organizations

A way forward starts with understanding where you are.

Every organization has its own history, relationships, and ways of getting things done. These shape what is possible and what feels difficult.

You may want to explore your culture, strengthen how your executive team works together, develop your leaders, or bring people into a conversation that matters. You may also sense that something needs attention without yet knowing how to name it.

We begin with your situation. Through conversations and, where useful, initial diagnostic work, we help clarify what needs attention and design a way of working around it.

Organizational development and culture

Connect your culture with everyday practice.

Culture lives in how decisions are made, what people feel able to say, what gets recognized, and how responsibility is shared.

We help you explore these patterns, describe the culture you have, and clarify what you want to preserve or develop. The work may include interviews, group conversations, observation, and existing information, followed by focused development initiatives.

We involve the people who will carry the work forward and make room to reflect and adjust as you learn.

Executive and team development

Make space to work on how you work together.

A team's effectiveness is shaped by its relationships, expectations, and the conversations people have or avoid.

We help executive and organizational teams step back from daily demands, examine recurring tensions, discuss different priorities and responsibilities, and develop shared direction.

An engagement may take the form of a focused working session, a retreat, or ongoing team coaching, designed around your situation. We agree confidentiality from the outset.

Facilitated meetings and dialogue

Bring people together for conversations that move the work forward.

Some conversations need dedicated space and thoughtful design: exploring strategy, connecting across organizational levels, or addressing tensions between departments.

You bring the objectives. We explore the context with you and design a process that helps people participate, hear different perspectives, and develop useful next steps.

We facilitate strategic and board meetings, conversations between senior and middle management, dialogue across departments, retrospectives, and sessions exploring organizational purpose and shared direction.

Leadership and learning programs

Develop your leaders through the realities of their work.

Leadership development becomes meaningful when people connect what they learn with the decisions, relationships, and challenges they face every day.

We offer Meraki Leadership through Awareness within organizations, alongside focused workshops and development programs designed around your needs. Experiential learning, reflection, and practice are connected to your participants' context.

Begin with a conversation.

  1. Listen and clarifyWe discuss what brings you to us, what you want to achieve, and whether our experience fits your needs.
  2. Explore the contextWhere useful, we deepen our understanding through interviews, group conversations, observation, surveys, or existing information. If your objectives are already clear, we focus on what will help you work towards them.
  3. Design and agreeWe propose an approach, scope, and format suited to your situation. Together, we clarify responsibilities and the support people will need to put the work into practice.
  4. Reflect and adjustThrough feedback and follow-up conversations, we explore what is changing, what remains difficult, and what needs further attention.

Confidentiality is agreed from the outset. Confidential individual and team coaching content is not reported to non-participating sponsors, HR, or CEOs. We do not report on individuals or share confidential session content outside those sessions.

In development

Build the capacity to support development from within.

We are developing an offering for organizations that want to establish internal organizational development, coaching, or other support functions.

The intention is to support the process from the beginning: clarifying the function's purpose, designing its structure and roles, selecting and developing practitioners, and establishing working practices.

Ongoing individual and group supervision would provide a reflective space for practitioners to examine their work and develop their practice.

This offering is taking shape. If it connects with something you are considering, we welcome a conversation.

Let's start with a conversation.

You may have a clear objective, a question, or something you are still trying to make sense of. Tell us what brings you here, and we will explore whether and how we can work together.
